This hotel offers a breathtaking sea view and has an amazing onsen experience, which I highly recommend. The dining options were fantastic, especially the buffet. However, the layout of the hotel can be a bit confusing, and the location is a bit far from shopping and the station, so you'll need to rely on shuttle services or taxis to get around.

I had a great time at New Akao, thanks to its stunning sea views and amazing onsen facilities. The dining experience was surprisingly impressive with a fantastic buffet selection, but the location was a bit tricky, as it was far from the shopping street and required a shuttle or taxi to get around. Overall, it was a unique stay with a few quirks that didn't overshadow the positives.

The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, complete with a beautiful ocean view. However, the hotel's age showed in some areas, and I think it could use an upgrade.

The facilities were quite extensive with multiple onsens to choose from and an indoor swimming pool. However, navigating through the hotel with the elevators was a bit of a challenge.

I had a fantastic stay at New Akao, where the stunning sea views and diverse onsen options made my visit memorable. The food at the buffet was a highlight, but accessing different parts of the hotel could be a bit cumbersome due to the elevator situation. While the service was generally good, some areas could use a touch more efficiency. Overall, it’s a beautiful place but keep in mind the location is somewhat isolated from local attractions.

We had a fantastic time at New Akao! The views were stunning, and the dining experience really impressed us, especially the buffet. However, the layout of the hotel made getting around a bit cumbersome, and the wait for elevators was sometimes frustrating. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return!

The hotel had several onsen options, and we particularly enjoyed the SAIKAI big onsen on the Horizon 3F. However, I think there could be better signage for the facilities.

This hotel presents a unique experience with its stunning cliffside views and vast onsen options. I particularly loved the atmosphere and the amenities, but the location is somewhat isolated, requiring shuttle service or taxi rides to reach nearby attractions. The rooms in the Royal Wing were spacious and the dining options were top-notch, making for a memorable stay overall.
